if you are looking for something like google translator to translate a paragraph into bangla — there is none.

But there are some online dictinaries, that may be helpful to you:

If You meant that you wants to translet any English document to Bangla then Meghdut will not. AFAIK there is none tools available ATM.

Meghdut is a Bangla localization project of Wordpress, doing by human, also Meghdut will let you to open your own Bangla Blog.
